Description
Live-action and animation are used in this sparkling film about a sad-sack Brooklyn bookkeeper who dotes on fish and aspires to serve in the U.S. Navy. Alas, the Navy rejects him. He's at a low point in his life when he falls off a Coney Island pier and is miraculously transformed into a fish. And, as a fish, he becomes a hero--the amazing secret weapon of the U.S. Navy during World War II.
